Baron is a Business Development Manager at Aoris, where he focuses on investor engagement, relationship management and new business growth. He previously held roles across investment operations, fintech and private markets data, building a strong foundation in investment management and client-focused solutions.

Baron holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Investment Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning. Outside of work, he enjoys gym, running, rugby union, and travelling, with Sabi Sands in South Africa among his favourite destinations.
