Alice joined Aoris in 2025 and brings over six years of experience across the real estate and technology sectors, with a focus on investor relations, capital raising and funds management. At Aoris, she is responsible for cultivating relationships with wealth managers, supporting regional distribution strategies and expanding the firm's intermediary investor base.

Prior to Aoris, Alice held business development and investor communications roles at Charter Hall, where she worked closely with financial advisers and investment platforms to drive capital initiatives and enhance engagement. She also gained experience in fast-paced health-tech environments, contributing to sales growth, product launches and team development.

Outside of work Alice is an avid support of the Geelong Cats, enjoys travelling with her husband and spending time with their two cats, Gary and Susie.
